A little about Tess:
Tess is a stress and burnout coach who empowers women professionals, entrepreneurs, and high achievers to find balance and thrive. She utilizes a variety of techniques, including mindfulness coaching, yoga teaching, yoga therapy, and Qigong, to support herself and those she works with. Tess's journey into this role stems from her personal struggles with anxiety, stress, and burnout, which reached a breaking point in 2020. Faced with physical injuries, panic attacks, and emotional turmoil, she made the bold decision to quit her job and focus on healing. Through practicing mindfulness, yoga, and studying various modalities, Tess slowly rebuilt herself and discovered new opportunities for growth, thanks to the virtual accessibility brought about by COVID-19. Having already been trained in teaching yoga and gaining experience in an ashram in India, she expanded her skill set in 2020 and 2021 to help others find inner peace and well-being.
