My own unravelling came slowly:

through music and movement,
through stillness that finally turned into sound.
Human Design gave me a map.
Gene Keys showed me the patterns in my shadows.
Somatic practice helped me bring my voice back into my body.
Horses mirrored what I could no longer deny.
My galactic overlays reminded me that I was never meant to live only in one world —
but to bridge the cosmic and the human,
the mystical and the practical,
the infinite and the embodied.
